Please observe the scenario below:

Anne registers and pays for a 10-weeks term of Tai chi. Anne has been on holidays and returns to start in the 3rd week of a 10-weeks term. Meaning, Anne has missed 2 sessions of a total of 10. Anne will, therefore, attend the remaining 8 sessions of Tai chi, but in addition, will participate in an additional 2 sessions of another program of her choosing during a different time slot and/or location to make up the total of 10 sessions. Anne can do this at another location across the Tunde-World or even in a different program is like Qigong. Anne has emailed the Tundeworld’ staff to confirm which make up sessions she will attend before doing so Tundeworld' staff have informed the instructor ahead of time. Teaching programs:

• Warm up routine
• Includes Knee Activation, Kidney/Internal Organs Activation and some block opening Qigong movements.

Qigong routines (each terms is changes)

• Ma Wang Dui Dao Yi Shu (Guiding Qi), 12 movements;
• Daoyin Yangsheng Gong Shi Er Fa - Mind leading, 12 movements;
• Yi Jin Jing (Tendon-Muscle Strengthening Exercises) 12 movements;
• Tai Ji Yang Sheng Zhang (Tai Chi Rod for Wellbeing);

Tai Chi routines

• Tai Chi Ball;
• Tai chi beginner routine: 8 Forms 12 Forms,10 Forms, 15 steps. (Each term you will learn a new routine);
• Tai chi fan.

Time Table Incharges has following help:

Session Course Definition

• Login and select session course from the menu.
• Select branch, semester and click ‘get courses’ button.
• If course is not available, enter the course code, check in elective or global elective and click add button.
• To delete course, check the course in the list and click delete button.
• After adding all courses click save button.
• Click in print button to view all the defined courses for the particular branch and semester.

Note: - Enter the courses in order such as core, elective, GE, lab, seminar and project.

Timetable Entry

·Login and select Timetable entry from the menu.

·Select department, programme and semester.

·Click get courses button.

·Select course and batch for lab.

·Class batch is only for First year.

·Select faculty name from the list.

·If the faculty name is not available in teachers-list (in the Time-Table entry link) then select link add teacher and add faculty.

ØThe faculty name will be added in teachers list of Time-Table Entry.

·Click available slot button and select master slot.

·Enter room no. for the given days and click save button.

Timetable Report

• Login and select Timetable report from the menu.
• Select department –wise / stream-wise / semester-wise timetable report.
• Select the department from the list to view the department-wise timetable.
• Select the stream to view the stream-wise report.
• Select the semester to view the timetable of a particular semester.
• Select department from the list and click show report button.

Teachers Definition

• Login and select Add teachers link from menu.
• Select faculty name concerned department and give the permissions to faculty and click save button.
• To view all teacher list then click print button.
• Modify: - check teachers from faculty list and click modify button. After completion of changes just click the save button.
